Playground Politics

Now Obama has a personal attack ad which ridicules John McCain because of his inability to use a computer. Obama must really be getting desperate. That sounds like a bully on an elementary school playground. Next thing you know someone from the Obama camp will try to pants McCain. ( They wouldn't try it with Palin, they fear her ) They are so childish. And this man wants to be President. Not my President. There is a great blog article at the following link.  http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,420161,00.html.

On the local level, Amy investigate things on your own as I did, make up your own mind. I have gotten to know Mr. and Mrs. Bricco and they are indeed fine folks. Oh and by the way I never edit comments, unless someone says something about my momma lol. have a great day.

They Just Never Stop

I was reading a news report in which Matt Damon was quoted as saying " I think there's a really good chance Sarah Palin could become President and that's a really scary thing." Damon suggested McCain wouldn't survive his first term. " It's like a really bad Disney movie," he said. "The hockey mom you know" "Oh I'm just a hockey mom, and she's facing down Russian president Putin, it's totally absurd. It's a really terrifying possibility". Last month in an interview he said he was always afraid of messing up and saying the wrong thing, and that actors speaking of things they don't know about put their foot in their mouths. hey Matt stick with that thought and shut up. Speaking of talking from the wrong end. On her blog Rosie wrote "sarah p-elisabeth h women who hunt in high heels give one pause". What an idiot.. The liberals are terrified of Sarah Palin. That makes me smile.

Is Sarah Palin Paling?

McCain-Palin

Wow!  What an exciting time the last few days have been for Conservatives!  From the announcement of John McCain's running mate, to the onslaught of Gustav,  to the onslaught of the liberal hate machine on both the Republican National Convention and Sarah Palin.

First, allow me to say that I think the shots from Michael Moore and former DNC Chairman Don Fowler fell like BBs on the carpet as our president and the lineup of Republican governors rolled up their sleeves in the Gulf to face Gustav on the eve of the Republican National Convention.  These patriots were not concerned with the festivities as much as with the humans whose lives were in such turmoil and danger.  The Democrash-it class clowns only highlighted the fact that the real men were sacrificing on the Gulf while these cases of arrested emotional development were laughing at them.  Badly done, Mr. Moore and Mr. Fowler, badly done.

Now I move on to our vice-presidential nominee, Governor Sarah Palin.  My husband Rory has said all along that he hoped that John McCain would chose a woman for his running mate.  We are ecstatic that the choice was a woman and what a woman!  Rory also forsaw the vicious attacks from the scared libs once they got a gander at this gal.

The feminazis don't like her because she looks like a swan and loves her husband and her motherhood.  The far left whackos don't like her because she stands for what is good and they know that heroes and heroines tend to bring out the celebration of goodness in those exposed to them.  The media doesn't like her because she is a leader focused on her own principled agenda and not a follower of their agenda.  The Obama camp is runnin' scared as Obama tries frantically to juggle the damage control necessary (due to the afore mentioned media and class clowns) with the need to be able to lauch his own attacks toward the McCain-Palin ticket.  And the sad fact is that as the light shines on the real Obama all he'll really be able to do is run for cover.  Indeed, Sarah Palin is disliked by many, sad to say.

On the other hand, Sarah Palin is a figure of strength and inspiration to a vast number of Americans whose nostrils are becoming irritated by the odor of moth balls which eminates from the hallowed halls of our legislature.  Just as the free spirits and the free thinkers and the mavericks among us, enemies of our media all, have loved our 'cowboy presidents', we love this western woman's frontier spirit and spunk and strength.  She reminds us of our roots, of the force and vigor of those who forged our nation from which we sprang.

The liberal groupies have tried to capitalize on adjectives like 'progressive' and 'free thinking' in order to make them sononymous with their numbers and their agenda.  The reality is that they insist on clinging to the same philosophies and stuffy moth-eaten heroes of the frantic 60s, which are too far in the past, the teeming followers too crowded at the chute to be granted the use of these terms.  They are not progressive, they are stuck in a bygone era pounding their little hippy mantras.  They are not free thinking, they are herded by their grizzled old heroes of yesteryear.  Yeah, they've traded in their bongs for martinis and their earth shoes for wing tips but they're the same ol' crowd.

Enter John McCain the maverick and Sarah Palin the 21st century woman.  The air is smelling fresher already!

So Sarah has baggage.  Who in this era doesn't?  In truth, people have always had it but in this era of lightening fast media the 'common man' can know about it and have details of it.  That being the case we are all now skeptical of those who seem to be above the norm as we know it.  We aren't that interested.  We no longer wish for leaders we can stand in awe of from a distance.  We wish for leaders we can feel a bond of commonality with, someone we can understand - and, more importantly, someone who we feel can understand us.

The real 21st century woman will love Sarah Palin because, through her, she can accept the nomination of vice-president.  She, who is working 24 hours a day to help her own teenage daughter to raise her child; she, who is working outside the home instead of planning dinner parties for foreign dignitaries; she, who cheers their husband, brother and children in stock car races, fishing tournaments and little league games; she, who has a heart of gold-and-steel alloy, who is the unsung heroine, will have one of her own accepting this honor on her behalf.  Sarah Palin is one of us who has moved into the Governor's mansion, rolled up her sleeves, and 'cleaned house' in Alaska.  What woman can't identify with that?  We've all ached and wished that we could show our spunk and clean up a good-ol'-boy network or two!

I don't think that this woman does anything for the approval of the media or for the sake of political jockeying, so I truly doubt that the media will dint her will or her spirit at all.  Her intent and her purpose are much more honorable than winning a popularity contest.  She's a woman of principle.

So, do I think that the strength and the inspiration of Sarah Palin will be paling before the blitz of the left?  NO!  I do not!  I'll tell you this, right from the mouth of an American woman, she ain't paling as far as this ol' gal's concerned!

Nothing Off Limits

I spent the past few days in the hospital, which gave me plenty of time to get fed up with liberals. Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin has been under a scurrilous attack by liberals. They lie that Mrs. Palin's four month old son is really her daughters, when in reality he is not. Then, they can't wait to jump all over the fact that her 17 year old daughter is pregnant out of wedlock. You can't blame the Palins for a daughters bad decision. What speaks volumes to me is the Palin's reaction. Instead of fury, they display true parental love in not condemning their daughter, but guaranteeing her unconditional love. Sarah Palin is a wise, compassionate woman. She is a person of integrity and character. I can't wait to see her dismantle Joe Biden in the Vice-Presidential debates. I want to warn you Mrs. Palin. Nothing is offlimits to the socialists, err I mean liberals. So go in with blood in your eye and kick butt and take names. No quarter.

Mealey Mouthed Liberals.

Obama has been caught in a lie. While he tries to convince America he didn't argue against an Illinois state law that would protect children which were born alive after a botched abortion, audio clips of him strenuously arguing against this bill have surfaced. I am not shocked. Mealey mouthed liberals are expert at telling lies, spinning reality, and otherwise trying to fool America. Take Speaker of the Tennesse House Jimmy Naifeh. He says he has never voted for abortion. The truth is he has used all sorts of chicanery to prevent bills that would limit abortion to come to a vote. I smell Planned Parenthood money. He added a new member to a committee to prevent a pro second amendment bill from coming to a vote just this year. And if you really want to see the definition of mealey mouthed just watch Alan (never seen a baby I wouldn't support aborting)  Colmes of Hannity and Colmes. Coservatives must muster up and defeat Obama in November. Locally my fellow Tennesseans, we have an alternative to business as usual. Rory Bricco is running against Naifeh for the house. The more I talk to Mr. Bricco the more I am impressed with his sense of morality and fairplay. Check him out at www.RoryBricco.com . This election both locally and nationally is one of the most important in History. Vote McCain for President and Bricco for the House. Let's say no to socialism.

Lawless Frontier

I know I had said I was going to comment more on Roseanne, but I think if one reads her blog they will see what I mean. I am more concerned about the lawless frontier just down the road. I am, of course speaking of Memphis. Saturday, a woman was gang raped by three men in her Frazier neighborhood, which is in North Memphis. The sister of one of the animals was whining on the news about how her brother didn't deserve to be in jail at 201 Poplar because of all he had been through. Lady, think of the poor woman your brother and his thug friends raped, beat and left for dead and, is in the hospital in serious condition. It is high time people are held accountable. These three men are rabid animals and should be put down as such.

It's a mad mad world

Well it has been awhile since I have taken the time to express my thoughts via the web so I thought tonight I would put some thoughts out there. I guess everyone has heard by now of the U. S. Border Patrol agent who was held at gunpoint by the Mexican army until fellow agents showed up. Oh, this happened on American soil. Not only are we not allowing the Border Patrol to do their jobs, we are now allowing them to be held at gunpoint by an invading army. Why don't we leave Iraq to the ungrateful, and come home and kick some tail south of the border. We need another Ronald Reagan to remind the world of who America is supposed to be. Russia invades Georgia, Bush tells them to back off, to no avail. They know we are impotent. It is indeed a sad time in America.
On the social front there is some interesting things going on. Back in February 15 year old Larry King was killed at school by a classmate. Larry was gay and enjoyed wearing makeup and feminine clothing to school. As much as I believe homosexuality is immoral it is in no way a reason to take a life. But the parents are suing the school district for not enforcing the dress code, which they say contributed to the death of their son. We all know if the school had tried to prevent him from dressing like that the ACLU would have gleefully filed a discrimination suit. It is up to the parents to train and raise their children, not the school's. I'm sorry this young man was killed, but it was not the school's fault.
Disney has some parents up in arms and rightfully so. There are now panties for little girls based on the hit movie "High School Musical" Why is that a big deal? The panties say "Dive In". Remember when Disney represented moral values? I remember if it was Disney, then you could bet it was wholesome. Those days are long gone. I can't help but wonder what Walt would think of the direction his company has gone. It truly is a mad mad world.

Butt Kissing Prime Minister

Gordon Brown, the British Prime Minister critcized Israeli settlements during his visit. As a matter of fact he criticized Israel on a number of things. This a_ _ kissing fellow should realize by the strife in his own country, that these people (Muslims) can not be trusted nor appeased. Their goal is the annihilation of all non-believers. It seems the British are as nutless as the French. I may not want to speak too loudly since our very own quasi socialists democratic party would rather appease them also. Oh how I fondly remember those wonderful days when Khadafi bowed up and tried to be a big shot and Ronald Reagan ( our greatest President ) stuck a missile in his tent and no more problems. People knew Uncle Ronnie meant business. He did not play with these psychos. Mr. Brown instead of puckering up so much, maybe you should plant one of those proper English shoes in someones ahem, tent. You might see some major changes.
I am so tired of political correctness. It is time to speak the truth no matter what. So on this blog no more Mr. Nice Guy. I am going to really call it like I see it. If I get kicked off townhall I will set up my own webpage which is sometning I want to do anyway. Now some may think I am already a little harsh or blunt. To you I say stand by, you ain't seen nothing yet. Remember insult a liberal everyday. You won't believe how much better you will feel. Stop illegal immigration, build a fence and grab a rifle. The invasion of America must stop. Have a great week America!

HONOR

Petty Officer Michael A. Monsoor was killed in action in Iraq and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.
Monsoor was killed on Sept. 29, 2006. He had been assigned to protect fellow SEALs on a rooftop in Ramadi, Iraq, when a fierce firefight with insurgents broke out. During the battle, a grenade bounced off Monsoor’s chest and landed on the roof. Petty Officer Monsoor had a choice to make. Save himself or save his comrades. He threw himself on the grenade absorbing the blast thus saving the lives of his fellow Seals. During his funeral which was attended by almost every Seal on the West Coast, as the casket was transferring from the hearse to the gravesite, the Navy Seals formed two columns, and as the casket passed, each Seal removed the gold Trident from his uniform and slapped it down on the coffin of Petty Officer Monsoor embedding it into the wood. The slaps could be heard throughout the cemetary. President Bush said in his speech at the Medal of Honor ceremony that the funeral procession went on for "half an hour and by the time it was over a simple wooden coffin had become a gold plated memorial to a hero who would never be forgotten".
As I typed this in I couldn't help but cry. I am so proud of our armed forces. The liberals may protest and only remember the Abu Ghraibs. I choose to remember the honorable men and women who sacrifice daily to keep me free. Today on our nations birthday, let us honor warriors such as Petty Officer Monsoor and his comrades, who honor him and bring honor to America. I was proud to be an American when I served in the Navy, and I am even more proud now. Thank you Petty Officer Monsoor. I too give you honor.

Poor Baby Has Been Found

Well they found the body of Brooke. Her body was found in Randolph, not far from her degenerate uncle's home. I don't really know what to say. This case has really hit me hard. This is a graphic illustration of the public not being able to protect the public. We the people have to be responsible for the safety of ourselves and our families. This pervert will have his rights protected, while this precious girl has been deprived of her potential, her right to life. He will languish in the system and never really pay for what he has done. Am I about to propose vigilantism? In the case of child killers and molesters I certainly am. He should be castrated with a kitchen knife and left to bleed to death. I am a father with daughters, and a grandaughter. I would have no mercy, and I don't believe child killers deserve any.

SHAME!

As I was checking out the news tonight a few stories in particular caught my eye. In Scotland, the Muslims are in an uproar because of a postcard sent out by a local police force to notify residents of new contact numbers. This offensive card was not adorned with pornography, nor images of graphic violence, not even images glorifying drug abuse. The offending card had a picture of the German Shepherd puppy the police force had recently gotten. The Muslims say a dog is ritually unclean. Get over it! Let's all continue to coddle the muslims. In my opinion they need to be told to shut up and get a grip. The world has been offending Christians for 2000 years. Get used to it.
In San Francisco (Sodom West) illegal immigrants busted for drug dealing are being protected by the cities Sanctuary Ordinance. Give me a break. The federal government should cut off all funding to this city. As I have stated before, people entering this country illegally are staging an invasion. Invasions should be met with deadly force. Enough said.
The uncle of Brooke Bennet, the 12 year old girl missing in Vermont has been arrested on an unrelated sex offense, and is a person of interest in Brooke's disappearance. Let me have him for a few minutes and we will know where she is. About the third finger and he will sing like a bird. It is time we stopped coddling sex offenders, murderers, rapists and well, Muslims. It seems we give criminals more protection than we do innocent children. That is a shame we must all shoulder.

Cheese With That Wine?

The liberals are whining about the Supreme Court Decision that struck down The Hitler like gun ban of Washington DC. The New York Times is screaming about how murders will now increase across the country. The Brady Campaign is begging for money. I haven't see this amount of liberal tears since Rosie O' Donnells ice cream freezer broke down. I have to admit to enjoying this way to much. I don't know of any gungrabbers here where I work, but I wish there were some so I could gloat face to face. Now, before people start leaving comments about the immaturity of my behavior, let me say, I don't really care what  you think. This is my turn to celebrate. Now, if only the dark lord Jimmy Naifeh, defacto Emperor of Tennessee could be deposed, maybe I would have something to celebrate on a local level. I know whom I would like to see run against him. How about it Mr. Mayor? I may have to start a drafting committee. Anyway I digress. To all liberal (see Webster's definition of Socialist) gungrabbers. May I offer you some cheese with that whine?

Finally !!!

Finally the the second amendment, which guarantees the individuals right to own firearms has been given credence by the Supreme Court. I am happy on two fronts about this. One, I have long held this belief, and I believe it is plainly stated. I am a gunowner, a responsible gunowner and now I know my rights are supported by law. Two, it has a bunch of communists err I mean liberals in a tizzy. Below is a brief example from an article on FoxNews.com.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., said that her experience as a former mayor of San Francisco leads her to believe the court's decision will open the door to more, not less street violence. She also criticized the conservative members of the court, who she said did not follow the legal principle of "stare decisis," the Latin term for using earlier court decisions to strongly guide new opinions.

"I remember both (Chief) Justice (John) Roberts and Justice (Samuel) Alito sitting in front of us and indicating how they would respect 'stare decisis' and precedent — and this decision takes down 70 years of precedent," Feinstein said, referring to the two justices appointed by President Bush. "I think it opens this nation to a dramatic lack of safety."

She added: "I happen to believe that this is now going to open the door to litigation against every gun safety law that states have passed — assault weapons bans, trigger locks and all the rest of it."

Feinstein said the court's decision, which also struck down a D.C. trigger lock requirement, is also faulty because those regulations prevent guns from being used by thieves or others who do not own the weapon.
That Feinstein is quite the feisty thing isn't she? What makes her think people in most of America care what a liberal ex mayor of one of the most liberal, immoral, modern day Sodom thinks? Liberals in their arrogance always know what is best for me. Take away my independence, my free speech (unless I espouse their views) and I will be happier and better off for it. That's a load of crap. I was born at night but not last night. If you will watch the reactions of liberals over the next few days, you will see why it is so important to elect anyone other that Obama. He makes Feinstein look like Sean Hannity. I apologize to Mr. Hannity for using his name in a comparison with Dianne Feinstein's but it needed to be said. Be happy gunowners, we have won a battle, but the war rages on. Protect your rights say no to Obama

Chillin on Sunday

I was reading on Fox News website that one of Jimmy Carter's heroes, Ahmadinejad had shut down an Iranian newspaper that was critical of him. If the doomsayers are right and Obama becomes President and even more communists errr I mean liberals are elected to congress, I believe you will begin to see our rights trampled in such a way. Oh, maybe not in such an open way at first but little steps at a time.Call me paranoid if you will, but I believe in the years to come we will be in a war for the very soul, and maybe even the existence of America. That's one of the things that makes the upcoming decision by the Supreme court on DC's gun ban so important. Without a way to defend themselves a citizenry is at the mercy of their government. One of the first things the Nazi's did was ban the private ownership of firearms.
Ok that's enough doom and gloom. Let's discuss happier things. I am going to tell you, I have a blessed life. I have a wonderful wife who graciously tolerates me and all my idiosyncrasies, 3 lovely daughters who all live good lives, a son-in-law who raises my grandchildren in a God fearing home, a good job and also a part time job at Brighon Arms in Brighton, Tennessee, which is the greatest place in the world to work. I feel guilty on payday because I enjoy working there so much. Check it out at www.BrightonArms3030.com. I recently bought a holster from The Holster Store. It is as sturdy and beautiful as anything produced by the big boys in the game at about half the price. You can see what they have at www.TheHolsterStore.com. Mine is alligator. It is gorgeous. Well everyone have a great weekend and remember, just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after me lol. God Bless.
