The world is such a dangerous place. As most people know, just down the road in Memphis over the weekend six people including two children were killed in their home. A week ago, also in Memphis a boy in an elementary school was sexually assaulted in a bathroom at school. Now he is afraid to go to school and won't eat. A woman in Bartlett, Tennessee was injured when she came in and surprised a burglar. Locally here in my small town a meth lab was busted, and in the same week, a man was arrested for repeatedly forcing two of his underage relatives to have sex with him. He is 39 years old. Here in Tipton county there are over 90 people on the sex offenders list. That of course is just the ones that have been caught and convicted. The world is indeed a dangerous place. Home invasions are on the rise. These generally result in injury and or death for the owners of the invaded homes. In Florida another wacko shot up a Wendys restaurant. In California gangmembers killed a local High School football star. The world is indeed a dangerous place. I would suggest to those who would take away my second amendment rights, they would be better served by signing up for handgun classes and learning how to protect themselves, their families, and their homes. The world is indeed a dangerous place.
